Subject: Kalawai Adventure – 2028 Priority List

Hi [Name],

Thank you for your continued interest in joining one of our expeditions. Although our 2027 trips are now fully booked, I am currently working on the dates for our 2028 expeditions.

As you have already expressed an interest, I would be happy to place you on our 2028 Priority List, subject to completing our usual suitability process. This involves answering a few written questions, followed by a short video chat of approximately 20 minutes. This helps me make sure that the expedition is a good fit for everyone before accepting a booking.

Once the 2028 dates are confirmed, those on the Priority List who have completed the suitability process will be contacted before the trips are offered more widely. You will then have a limited time to select an available expedition and secure your place with a deposit.

For 2028, the expedition price will be AUD 18,000 per person. There will also be an optional AUD 1,750 per person Jakarta add-on, which includes the applicable domestic flights, ground transfers and three nights in a 5-star hotel in Jakarta.

There is no payment required to join the Priority List.

If the pricing works for you and you would like to proceed, I'll send you the suitability questions as the next step.

Best regards,

Geoffrey
